In enzymology, a poly(3-hydroxyoctanoate) depolymerase () is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction that breaks down the polyester poly into smaller oligomers. This enzyme belongs to the family of hydrolases, specifically those acting on carboxylic ester bonds. The systematic name of this enzyme class is poly hydrolase.
